Always good to give the topic a name, and add the measurements in also.  Helps us, and helps you IF you ever go back to search for this item, or IF another person posts something similar -- we can remember your post if we need to do a search down the road..... ;)

I think it looks Chinese to me....and is that a faded RED bird on the side?  I wonder IF that is to be a PHOENIX bird on the side??  Just a guess....
