Title: Black and white USSR horse & unknown mark

I have had the pleasure of my little ornament for many many years. Only now have I decided to check out its marking which has proved very difficult. All USSR marks I look at are generally Lomonovo and not the name on the base of mine.
Can anybody help?  Many thanks in anticipation.

I can't make out the lettering on the 2nd pic... is it possible to do a larger image please? Around 700pixels along the longest side would help.
