Title: Lovely signed blue part-glazed belly-shaped mug - maker sought

I spotted this in the kitchen of a community centre I was helping out in, and liked it, so took a couple of photos to see if I can find the potter who made it, so I can source some like it. But, I can't read the base - can anyone identify this for me please?
