I have this small watercolor (only about) 4 x 4, but it is signed, sealed, and has the original label on the back.  I just googled it, and got the Pacific Art Gallery.  I just sent them an E-mail, as I know nothing about this at all. 

Not sure if the date is 90, 96, or 98  ???

With the mat, it is about 6x6 in total....got it for a couple of bucks  :-\ so I hope to hear some good new$  ;) about it (I hope)...
