Darby & Joan Tea Set
«

Hi There
I have inherited a Darby and Joan Teaset by HJ Wood Ltd of Burslem, England. It's a teapot, milk jug and sugar bowl. I haven't been able to find anything like it on the web and was wondering if anybody had any idea of value.
Thanks
Trish

Welcome to the board. We do not give valuations on here but if you show us a photograph of the base mark we could help with a date

I've taken a photo of the mark. Hopefully you can tell me something about it? Thanks.

I can't find that exact mark, but a similar one was used from 1962. At some time after then HJ Wood became part of Wood & Sons, who then went into receivership in 2005. All the information I can find on a quick search is rather vague
