i thought you might like to have a look at some Royal Worcester thimbles - the blush ivory one is mid 19th century, when they weren't signed or marked:

The next one is marked and dated 1931 Worcester

This one is unmarked and definitely early 19th century, possibly also Worcester, although the dome is rounder and higher - if anyone knows who this is, I'd be delighted to hear (it's sold now, but for next time)

And last but not least, here is a really gorgeous Derby one - Imari pattern STEVENSON & HANCOCK, dated around 1859-1875

I have a lovely silver one that was my grandmother's. It is a very tiny one and so I have it as I'm the only person it fits

One of mine is a wee silver one too - stamped DORCAS. My pottery ones are all fairly modern ones and nothing very exciting I don't think.
