I'm fairly confident this is German although there's too much glaze to make much out and the base won't photograph; I've tried talc. I think it says 571 12. It's about 12 cm tall. The spots are raised enamel, the grey is semi-matte, the black is matte and the squiggle is scraffito. The plum lining is glossy. Any idea who please.
