Another vase to ID! This is a Giraffe vase TH?

Hi this is a pretty giraffe vase that I would like to ID, can anyone help?

Hi Anne and Martyn,
                                I sold the Giraffe vase at a fair on Saturday. The person who bought it said he knew it was by Farnham Pottery. So that solves the mystery.
