Okay, i've been naughty and posted it here instead of GMB.
I'm looking for the value of it though hence why i'm posting here. Again, it's for charity.
Gosh, i wish it were mine.
I'm wondering if it's by Moser or some other good company.

Would be surprised if it were Moser, been looking for the origin of this piece, lots of wear and heavy gilding, thought all this stuff was Bohemian but after searching found that this type of glass is being made in Romania today so fat lot of use I am
, been getting things wrong a lot just lately on the GMB

TC, you can always post it on the GMB and ask for valuation, but not everyone will give them there... some prefer not to. Don't let that stop you asking though as some will help.

I think this one's the real deal Keith, the gilding is raised in places, it's also worn in places, and there's more muck on inside of it than there is in my back garden.
Anne, okey dokey, will post over there...

Awww Keith
don't feel bad, it's how we learn stuff, by making guesses and being corrected. At least you make suggestions, unlike those who just lurk silently unseen and unknown!

You never actually said it wasn't Moser Keith. Nothing to be embarrassed about, lol.
Anyway, that's assuming that the site is correct in it's attribution.

Just found this site...
http://moserglass.net/home
Moser Heaven, lol.
I've got one just like this...
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Moser-glass-vase-hand-gilded-vermicelli-design-/150440731247?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Art_Glass&hash=item2306f7626f#ht_1528wt_682
I wonder if that's a correct attribution.
