Hi
I thought Keith would like this has he seems to have some knowledge on dolls.The only mark on it is the word foreign . It`s a tea cosy.Age i think 1950-60. ;)

That was quick,maybe what is known as a boudoir or half doll,made in France,Germany or Japan,1920's-30's,all types of materials used from plastic to wood,best I can do, ;D ;D

That's interesting, Rob. Moderator Lynne (josordoni) knows about half-dolls too - I recall her telling me about them years ago when the board was new. :)

I have one, wherein the lower half is a brush. Assuming it was to brush crumbs off tables. Scottish lady, of course.
