This was a gift to me some 25 years ago, so I suspect that dates it reasonably well. No maker's mark. It's such a pretty wee thing, that I have never worn, but as it has huge sentimental value it will stay safe in its box.
It's approx 2" x 1½" overall, plus the feathers!
