In blue on the base of a bowl and jug,not my piece, can only find Masons or Ashworth with anything similar, ??? ??? ;D

I always hate having to do that, but like you say, he didn't pay much for it, so that's something good at least.

They pop up in auctions round here all the time, normally in sets of three graduated jugs.

About £10 for the two.
