I found this plate, it looks late 19th century to me.

A similar (but not the same) mark can be found on Gotheborg. No 668. Unidentified Seal Marks

It mentions Kyu getsu as a possibility, no idea who that is though.

It is yes, it's got like a green tint to the glaze and i think it's soft paste porcelain. It's very thick, you can just see a dull light when holding it up a light bulb.

I still have this plate, they've updated the website and this is what it says about the similar mark...

Arita - Hi(zen)
   668. Abbreviated Hizen mark as in only the Hi (肥) part of Hizen (肥前) meaning Arita (有田) region. Usually Meiji period (1868-1912).
