Small Asian plate hand painted with cranes and scenes

Tried looking for the mark on gotheborg website but, well, it doesn't appear in the Japanese section it seems. I presume that red circle means it's been in an auction house maybe? It has a small chip on the base rim but paid very little for it. Just thought you might like to see it.
