Hi, i think these are what are known as Trench Art. I really don't know much about them. I only recently found out that the two candlesticks might be made from some kind of shell. They have small holes in the side that don't go anywhere. I bought them as they looked similar in shape to some Liberty (I think) candlesticks I saw in Millers once. I think I remember Anne E.B telling me that the Art Nouveau one is probably from world war 1.
