JEWELED PEACOCK....RETRO?
« on: January 28, 2008, 05:07:16 AM »
Got this a while ago.  I seem to recall that in the 60's (or so) they were always underneath the TV, or on top.  Anyone have any ideas...and no...jewels are phoney (rats) :mse:  I seen no marks either

Rose as always you post the difficult ones but I will try.... What is the size and underneath the felt is there no markings? Or can't you peel it off?

Take a look here Rose: PEACOCK-WITH-MARBLES-FOR-FEATHERS-
It looks the same, almost.

Thanks Orpheus...yes it does....I really do not like the marbles on that one...(yecky...)..but I could peel the felt off, but hate too....but to me these do look alike...and possibly another (??) Holland mold.  Wish that one showed where the mark was, so I knew where to start here...I will look closer, and see if i can find a peek of the name....without destroying the whole felt...

It is different that is for sure.

Thanks Orpheus for finding that one..... :kissy: :kissy:
