I've had a good look at all the marks there but it's very difficult to match exactly. At times I convince myself it's one or t'other but when I look at their work, the style is completely different. 
It's not nec Cornish tho - that was just an uneducated guess.
In wandering aimlessly around the interweb I thought I had found the culprit :
John Calver at Carnforth, whose use of layers of glazes in similar tones, who likes to leave prominent pottery wheel ridges like on my mug and whose handle style is also very similar.
BUT he signs his items as shown here

How strange, he's only a couple of miles from me and I've never seen anything by him Pete!

Re-posting pics here as I keep re-arranging things at Picasa forgetting the links to forums which then get broken.
I now realise that the blueish iridescent-ish etheral layer is the result of being fired in a reduction kiln using a glaze with some copper in it (flambe).
