I picked up this ginger jar for 50p. Not sure if it's worth much though as I can't find anything else in this pattern other than two vases in an auction which doesn't give me the price they sold for.
It's in the 'Picardy' pattern and probably dates around the 1920's.
I can't find the exact mark on the Staffordshire site but here are some Winkle marks (do go there but don't got there, if you know what I mean).
