Just for those who might not know who the Mouseman was, it's Robert Thompson http://www.robertthompsons.co.uk/ whose trademark signature was a mouse on everything he made.

There are some copies of his pieces I believe. There's an interesting piece about how to tell what is what here: http://www.mousemanfurniture.com/5.html

Can we see a front facial view of your mouse for reference please Robert?

Cheers!

Oh yes, lovely, thanks Robert. These show the lack of front legs nicely, and that he has his whiskers.

I think this is your ashtray shown here http://www.mousemanfurniture.com/32.html - dated 1970s/80s. The earlier version is here: http://www.mousemanfurniture.com/ashtray_early_41.html - dated 1930s/40s.
Cheers!
