Can anyone help with more info about this piece.   It is stamped Atlantic mold 73 and appears to have a signing by hmm

It could well be an advert piece Carolyn. I found a whole load of info about various promo/collectables with their logos on, but nothing pottery. However, there is an Atlantic Pottery in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, who make a whole range of stuff - mainly those fab glazed garden planters and pots, but some other stuff too. http://www.atlantic-pottery.com/
