Okay, this sat on the shelf of my other grandmother for years. We figured it must be worth something 'cuz she loved it so much 

Should note that the silver streaks are very mirror like.

Looks like 19th century (or early 20th century) glazed stoneware but I don't know much about these.

Well that's more than I knew before. Sounds like it probably belonged to one of my great-grandparents. Which narrows it down to absolutely no where (well except maybe Africa and South America).
