This was from when I was a child (in the 60's)in our household....and I still use today....any value/thoughts

And I will add these glass.......I mean Christmas ornaments, again from when I was a kid... :baby:
have lots of others too....so I have *balls* too...
Every flower that has ever bloomed, had to go through a whole lot of DIRT FIRST......:flowers2:

The glass decorations are fairly common - my parents still have boxes and boxes of them dating from the 1950s through until the 1970s, judging by the packaging, and the designs varied very little. I daresay if you go back to the turn of the century when nearly all glass decorations came from the German town of Lauscha, you would find that they were producing near-identical designs then too.

And my mother. I think they have to be something really special or old to have any value, apart from sentimental, just go on enjoying them

I just keep them as they were from *my childhood*, and since I am like 100 years old (47 in reality) I, too am getting up there....lol
