This little blue pot is signed on the bottom...but of course MESSY.  It looks (I think) like the first word may be  "PAUL"...but that is a guess.

Maybe PAUL BUFFEL, or PAUL BUFFIT  ??? ??? ???

Under the signature, it says the number:      333                                    Any ideas?
