No idea who made this at all, but it was bought new in the late70s/early 80s from a shop in Oxford (I thought it was the first Past Times shop, but their website says that wasn't opened until 1987, and it was a long time before that I bought this.)

Isn't that pattern seen on Bohemian vases, maybe Marcus might know?
