Doing some rummaging seems to indicate they are mass-produced in Hong Kong - see here:

I think it means the artists don't really exist, at least not under those names. The original paintings are produced in house and then dozens of copies (in oils) are made for sale

It reminds me of Bob Ross, perhaps using the same wet-on-wet technic?

Hi Bas, i think Anne is right and it is probably from Hong Kong and a copy of another painting, i got confused because it reminded me of paintings from Derek Hare

Ok thanks, never thought it would be worth millions, as I payed only 5 euro for it. It hangs in my bedroom now and I sleep very well....
