I tried finding information about this piece and only found beer items. Anyone know any more about it?

Hmmmm I see what you mean Janice. All I can find is decanters and jugs, nothing like your head - it's super isn't it? We'll keep rummaging and see what we can find.

I just looked at the mark with the magniflying glass and didn't see anything else possible.
I wonder if it could of been a promotional item, I don't know. Still a mystery.
