Retro Silver plate candle stick or bud vase Stuart Devlin, Viners??

 Hi everyone,
                  just getting frustrated trying to remember the designer of this vase. I saw this design on Mark Hill's BBC 2 show and can't remember the designer! Hopeing that you can!

I think i had a pair like that with Art Nouveau decoration, looks the same shape but it was a while ago when i last saw them. Unlike this one, it had an "MR" monogram on the base.

I think these bud vases were made by Conrah Cristilliam in Wales c.1960s.  They appear to be quite collectable.  I've got something similar marked Silver Plated on brass / Cavalier / Made in England. so they might have been made by different companies.
