Its such a long time since I've visited but I'm really glad to be back again in the swing of things. :cheerleader:  :hug:

I  just had to buy this Christmas tree bauble yesterday at the carboot sale as it makes me smile so much!  If I'm honest, I was a bit disappointed to find it was made from plastic and not glass, but love it so much that it doesn't really matter and its going to take pride of place on the tree at Christmas.  It would be nice to be able to buy some more amusing baubles like this.

Has anyone ever seen one of these before and knows who the maker was, or where it might have come from?    :snmn: :xms:

Oooh!  I don't think its plastic, but its glass after all :blush:  I tried the hot needle test and nothing melted.  Better than the tooth test which I did initially.  Must need a new pair of gnashers.
I'll post it on the GMB and see what folks think.  I could still be wrong of course.  Will report back...

I didn't have a camera handy at the time, but spotted something which looked as though it could have been made by the same company.  A hanging glass burger!  Not sure why anyone would want to hang a Mac.D. type burger on a bun on a Christmas tree, but there you go :bad:  In fact it didn't look too unlike the rubber ring/lilo that the figure is lay on.  I suspect very much that they are very modern.  If it is still there when I'm passing, I'll buy it and upload an image (before giving it back to the Charity Shop).
