19th C transfer printed bowl??

Hello all,

Can anyone help me with this, it's the sort of thing I know nothing about but it was cheap and pretty....

I think it's transfer printed with some painting and colouring by hand and am guessing is from the 19th century, the mark is printed interlocking 'SB' or 'FB' then 'K' above something that is'nt clear? impressed next to that is '3' & 'N'

It might be from The Potteries or European but I have'nt been able to find this mark in a quick search of the web and have no reference for this kind of thing.

Help please....
