While my husband, Alastair, and I were in Boston and Maine this summer, I took pictures of tons of glass and one (count 'em, one) piece of ceramics. Attached (hopefully) are the pictures of the ceramic plate and the explanation given. Unfortunately, now I forget which museum it was, but I believe it was the Portland Museum of Art. If not, I'll let you know.
