Found this yesterday it is marked as shown, is this my first bitossi?

Thanks, glad to know that it's not a Bitossi (weeeeep), one day i'll find it, the quest continues. Still like to know who made this. Btw is it an ashtray or a candleholder or both, or has it some other name/function. I'm not used to ashtrays in combination with a candleholder....

It could also be a pipe smoker's ashtray/rest. The bowl on the middle, and the stem in the dips  ???
