Tile with Dutch scene.

Sorry folks - it's me again. This time with a tile (pot stand). It has what looks to be a Dutch scene - with windmill and on the left handside a typical (I've been to A'dam
) canal house.

Just wondering if this is a touristy thing, or may be an old tile that has been made into a stand. It seems to have some age to it. Can anyone throw any light on it please? Another 50p bargain (I hope).
TIA

More information could be on the back side Anne.

Thanks Bas. It's well and truly covered with felt, so I'll see if I can peel it off and have a look. It can always be glued back on again.

I don't think I'll be able to remove the back. Underneath the felt is a sturdy piece of hardboard which is stapled down with heavy duty staples in each corner. I think this must be stapled to the frame. I'm just a bit worried that if I prise it out I might damage the tile. A-a-a-rgh!
May be it is a tourist one because of the way it is mounted?

Well, I don't know Anne it's still a nice piece, and would/could be dutch. Difficult to say. I'll try to search a dutch advertising site (like ebay but then for us dutch only) and see what I can find. Hold on....
